As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the young lady who was in the front. Received our menu and there we're so many choices to choose from. My wife and I decided on the beef padseeew, chicken pad Thai, pork belly, papaya salad and a side of sticky rice. There was no one else dining in so we got our food quite fast. We first received the pork belly and papaya salad. The papaya salad was delicious with the right about of spice! The pork belly was good as well just more on the fatter side. We then received our pad thai and pad see ew. The pad thai was good but more on the sweeter side for me. The pad see ew was on point though. It had that stir fry taste that makes it good. We would definitely go back to try the other dishes soon!

I don't understand the 3.5 star average because this place is definitely worth of 4.5 stars. It's a small family-owned/operated neighborhood restaurant. The outward appearance of the place is very unassuming and humble. The food is delicious. When we were eating there, we saw several large family groups come in. This is definitely a place for regulars to come eat. We ordered the fried rice, pork egg rolls, chicken green curry with jasmine rice, hot tea, and Vietnamese iced coffee. All was very flavorful. The rice portion was large enough for 2 meals, a difficult feat for any restaurant to accomplish as my partner has a huge appetite. My curry was neither too spicy nor too plain. The eggplant was so soft. All the flavors paired nicely with the jasmine rice. The egg rolls were average-nice and crunchy without much meat in them. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and found the prices to be reasonable. I will definitely go back soon whenever I am in the mood for Thai food.

Update: Came back and tried their pork belly pad Thai and it is soooo good! Definitely coming back for more. To me, it's a grab and go spot so I'm going to rate according to my grab and go experience. I'm currently sick with Covi so I called in an order and sent my husband to pick it up (I'm quarantined.) We ordered 2 chicken and sticky rice packs, 1 steamed catfish, 1 order of egg rolls, and 1 beef intestines soup. To my pleasant surprise, our total was less than I anticipated. With how expensive other places are getting, the prices here are fair and comparable to other grab and go spots in this area. My husband said it was easy to find and there's plenty of parking. Overall, despite me having no sense of smell and my tastebuds being dull, it was good for a grab and go spot. We'll be back to try their papaya salad, other soups, and other dishes.

Honestly I've never bought Tom Yum from a restaurant because grandma's recipe is always best, but I was so surprised to find that this tastes just like my grandma's recipe. It's the perfect mix of sweet and sour and I can tell it was made fresh. I have also purchased the chicken and sticky rice from here, as well as papaya salad lao style & it's always been good and a good portion size. The owners of the restaurant are so sweet and kind, please come try this restaurant for good service and authentic lao food!

First time trying this place since it changed over. Staff were nice & food was delicious. Orders came out without a long wait. Jerky was thin & easy to eat. My date killed the cucumber salad lol Apparently, she liked the pa dek in it. I thought the salad had a hint of sweetness to it. Tom Yum soup was spicy yet soothing. Pork belly was easy to eat as they were cut as smaller pieces. Skin layer could've been crispier. We'll be back next time we have a craving for Lao food.
